Biography
Graduated from Waseda University Faculty of Law.
After passing the bar examination, he completed the 57th term of the Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan, and registered as a lawyer with Daini Tokyo Bar Association in October 2004, and joined the Hikari Sogoh Law Office.
