Biography

Graduated from Meiji University, Department of Commercial Science. After passing the second round of the Certified Public Accountant Examination, he joined Price Waterhouse (now PwC Arata & Co.), an Aoyama Audit Corporation, and after passing the third round of the examination, he moved to Sanyu Audit Corporation, where he was engaged in IPO preparation audits and became a member. After passing the third examination, he moved to Sanyu Audit Corporation, where he was engaged in IPO preparation audits and became a member. He later became independent and founded Ichiban-cho Kyodo Accounting Office (General Manager) and BSM Corporation (Representative Director). He has also served as the chairman of the management committee of the Tokyo Legal Training Institute of the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (JICPA), as a member of the examination committee for the CPA examination (management subjects), and as an external auditor of a company listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
